This page covers the early-access site at plateside.app — the page you're reading, with the example kitchen and the sign-up form. It doesn't cover the Plateside app itself, which isn't public yet and works differently: nothing typed or uploaded into the app, including a lab report, ever leaves your phone. There's no account and no server for it, so there's nothing of yours for that policy to describe yet — this page is about the much smaller thing this site actually does today.
If you use the "pick what's flagged" demo without signing up, nothing is collected — it runs entirely in your browser and nothing you click is sent anywhere.

That's the whole list. No lab data, no health information, no real names, no location — the demo runs on an invented example kitchen, never anything you'd type as real.
To tell you when Plateside is ready for real people to use, and to send you the example list you built on the demo, if you asked for early access. Nothing else. If we ever add anything beyond that — like an occasional email about progress — this page will say so first.
In a private list only the person building Plateside can access. Not sold, not shared, not used for advertising.
